7.1 Dormant Accounts

A monthly dormancy administration fee may be deducted from the remaining account balance. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support. Where a balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bed444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

bed444 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where practicable. bed444 accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, third-party network outages, or payment processor failures.

The total aggregate liability of bed444 to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.
